BRIDGING UNIVERSITIES AND ENTERPRISES TO IMPROVE GRADUATES EMPLOYABILITY. THE VOYAGE ERASMUS+ PROJECT

Abstract:

The employability of graduates is a major concern of higher education institutions. Higher education institutions adapt syllabus and teaching processes in order to cope with industry requirements. Bridges must be strengthened to allow the university to better understand the needs and requirements of the industry and society while illustrating their major contribution to the development of our societies. In this communication we will present the results of the ERASMUS+ project “VOYAGE”. Lead by Almalaurea consortium established by the University of Bologna, the project aim to exchange experiences and transfer to a group of Vietnamese Universities and to Vietnam’s higher education system, good practices for modernizing and developing the higher education sector, strengthening the relations between university and enterprises and increasing the employability of graduates.
