Registration fees

Non-members:

450 EUR per participant 

200 EUR per additional paper, if presenting more than one paper at the conference.

350 EUR for a virtual presentation (e-session)

Members:

400 EUR per participant 

150 EUR per additional paper, if presenting more than one paper at the conference.

300 EUR for a virtual presentation (e-session)

The fee includes:

Conference file, printed copy of conference program, certificate of presentation, publication of an accepted paper in the Conference proceedings e-book, coffee breaks and lunches.
Registration fee does not include accommodation and transportation.

Cancellation: A refund will be given for cancellations received before August 2, 2024. Cancellation fee is 30 EUR.

The IISES reserves the right to cancel the conference in case of natural disaster, strike, government regulation or any other unpredictable event making it impossible to hold the conference. If a conference has to be cancelled, the IISES will refund full registration fee paid. The IISES will not be responsible for eventual cancellation costs related to travel arrangements.
