Instructions for authors
The title of the article should be followed by the author’s name, affiliation and contact, and a biographical note.
Abstract and keywords
A 100 – 500 word description of the article, labelled ‘Abstract’, should be submitted double-spaced on a separate sheet of paper. In addition, JEL classification, six key words, suitable for indexing and on-line search purposes, should be supplied.
Body
All copy, including indented material and footnotes, should be single-spaced ‘standard’ font, preferably 12-point Times New Roman. For mathematical symbols, Greek letters and other special characters, use normal text or Symbol font. Margins should be 2cm on all sides. The pages should be numbered serially. Papers should usually be 7 – 10,000 words in length.
Notes
These should be placed at the end of the text, before the bibliography. They should be indicated by numerals placed in the text. Notes are for explanation and comments, as distinct from references; they may themselves contain references to the bibliography.
References

Authors are asked to submit their papers in MS Word format to iises@iises.net. The editors reserve the right to edit papers to conform to the style of the journal.
All submitted articles are refereed by a board of academic specialists in the journal´s field of coverage and, in addition, where appropriate, by an external specialist referee.
It is the author´s responsibility to ensure that where copyright materials are included within an article the permission of the copyright holder has been obtained.
